    Hello,

    We are currently experiencing an error with our site regarding placing pre-order items.
    Whenever there’s a pre-order item in the cart, users can’t place non-preorder items.

    The error says:

    We detected that you are trying to a pre-order product. Please remove the rest of the product before proceeding.

    This only persisted today. Your prompt assistance is appreciated as our store mainly offers preorder items. Thank you.

    It’s not an error, but a feature
    The free version only offers you the Preorder mode: “Order only preorder products or available ones”

    If you want to have other Preorder modes activated you can opt for our PRO plugin on our official website: BrightPlugins
