    Hello,

One of my WP sites was working fine until yesterday when I started getting this strange line of messages on the top of my website. Could anyone please tell me what does it mean? and how to fix it? My hosting service provider support has no idea what it is and they are suggesting me to upgrade WP to 4.0, which I would be more than happy to, however I am unable to log into the admin panel. Below are the two errors –

THIS IS DISPLAYED AT THE TOP OF THE WEBSITE ALL THE TIMES

AND THIS IS WHAT I GET WHEN TRYING TO LOGIN

ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.

    Your help is much appreciated.
    Many thanks in advance.

Have you tried deactivating all plugins? Trying a default theme? Clearing your cache?

Ask your host how to properly turn off the “display_errors” setting in your PHP.INI or PHP Configuration.

The display_errors setting is a debug and development setting. It should never be enabled on a production webserver.
