ERROR – Warning: Cannot modify header information

    Hello,

    From time to time the top of my clients website says:
    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /Site Path Info/index.php:2) in /Site Path Info/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase2.php on line 79

    If I refresh it is gone… If I go back later it’s back…

    Any ideas?
