We communicated via email, and confirmed the site is working properly. Thanks for using the software and we’ll close this issue

To further investigate this issue, I created a new install of WordPress and got the same error message when trying to view the tickets related to an order.
An error has occurred while attempting to view the ticket
None of the tickets for this order could be found

These are the steps I took to create the install:

    . installed wordpress
. removed all plugins from the install
. added plugin woocommerce, activated and configured
    . added plugin opentickets
there was an error on activate
The plugin generated 270 characters of?unexpected output?during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
. added an event (using your documentation as a guide)
    . purchased a ticket

I create a user account with admin privilege – you should have received the email.

With thanks for your assistance, Vivian Goffart

Thanks for your help yesterday resolving my issue by installing a previous version of Woocommerce. HOWEVER, overnight Woocommerce plugin upgraded itself to the current version 3.0.1 .

I hope I have prevented this happening again by installing plugin Easy Updates Manager to disable any updates to Woocommerce.

As a note to other users of this plugin, be aware that it will not work properly yet with any version of Woocommerce beyond 2.6.14

I’m having this same problem. Woocomemrce has been updated with my theme update.

Is there any word on a new release of Opentickets? that will work with the newest woocommerce?

also reports option is not working either.

Any help from opentickets tech support is appreciated.

quick follow up.. I noticed earlier today that there was a Opentickets community edition plugin update.. so I went ahead & updated to the newest woocommerce ver 3 and then updated the Opentickets plugin.

So far it seems like everything is functioning properly. I can view tickets & reports.

Thank you for the quick attention to this matter!

@viviangoffart we now have the WC 3.0 compatible release for OpenTickets, if you would like to try that on your test server. Just keeping you updated.

Hi I am experiencing this issue, I’m using Woocommerce 3.1.0

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Dan
