Error viewing student details

Hi, In the Tutor LMS > Students page, when I click on details ( https://ibb.co/0msBrSs ) I get an error on WordPress that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” with this link https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tutor_report&sub_page=students&student_id=3

I’m the only admin of the website
