    Hi! I have problemas when I insert a video in a page. If I insert a multimedia item exceeds the size of the column for some screen resolutions, overcoming other items. On the other hand, if I insert as shortcode with the ‘Video Player’ option does not work, what you see is the code as text shortcode.

    Can you help me, please?

    Hi @marisolfll

    Hopefully you’ve made progress on this point. If not, please can you try inserting your video using the Visual Editor widget and see if you get a different result. If the result is the same, please try switching to a default theme like Twenty Fifteen and see if anything changes.
