Error Validating Access Token

Hello, I am suddenly unable to connect to my Instagram account. I keep receiving the error message “Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.”
I am using the latest version of the plugin. If this is something I need to address directly with Instagram, any advice on how to do this? Thanks!
