    Hi @neohack,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can You let me know what do you mean by disabling the plugin? Unless anyone else has administrator access or capabilities it would not be possible for anyone to disable it.

Also, Can you let us know more about the issue you are facing? Which authentication method are you using?
If you don’t have access to your site you can just follow the steps given in this video. Video Guide and Locked Out

Please let me know if you need more information.

    Thank You.

the error message developed after installing it!! i keep logging in everything is fine!! then after a while (as you can see from the screenshot the error message) develops!! i can no longer log in!! & i have to complete remove the Plugin!! I believe the Plugin is being modified somehow!! even though you claim someone cannot modify it, its being modified somehow & being shut down!! i’ve since completely removed it!!

I also have the same error message whether I login thru Chrome or Edge. I’ve logged into xecurify and changed the authentication method twice and it still happens. It used to be intermittent but it’s now happening every time I login. I have turned FTP access off to the web site.

I am getting this error when I try to log in.

Error: The email field is empty.
Error: The password field is empty.

This error comes after I enter the two-factor password ( I have enabled two-factor authentication enabled).

Kindly give a solution to this problem.

To bypass this problem, I am going through c-panel and renaming the folder of this plugin so that it gets disabled.

But I need a proper solution.

    Kindly help.
