    Customers are complaining the following:
    I tried to leave a comment thanking you on your website, but when I type it in and hit “Submit Comment,” I get the error, “Error: User response is missing. Click the BACK button on your browser and try again.”
    I am not sure why; I tried two different web browsers.

    I had to disable reCaptcha for “Comments form”
    Can you help?

    Please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

    1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Deactivate all of your plugins except reCaptcha and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
    3) Let us know about the results.

    The problem is with the plugin, because it worked and now it does not. No changes on my side other then WP upgrades and Plugin upgrades.
    Above suggestions are lots of work versus finding out from logs why it does not work. An easier way would be to disable reCaptcha and try a different one.
    Any other suggestions?

    Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this problem on our local environment. Most likely the problem is due to a conflict with a third-party theme or plugin.

    For me the cause is that for some reason two g-recaptcha-response inputs are posted and sometimes the second one is empty. Sometimes both have the value and then it works
