Error upon update

    Hi there

    I have recently update wordpress, woocommerce and the weight based shipping plugin. However, when I try to ‘import legacy rules’ I am getting an error:

    “Legacy config request failed.
    Server returned a malformed response: ” (length: 0).”

    What is the reason for this? Is there any way I can get these old rules back?

    Hi George,

    Please try the following:
    — Disable all other plugins and see if it helps.
    — Check your server error logs for info related to the error. Attach here entire files if not sure which records might be related.
    — Disable mod_security apache module.

    Given that we can think of further directions.

    Hi George,

    Thank you for the info.

    There was a PHP 5.3 compatibility issue.

    Please check the latest 5.0.5 version.
