    I have since corrected the error, payments are now coming in again. Nothing further required.

    Glad to hear you got it resolved. Could you please describe what caused the error, should it arise again for someone else?

    API key and password were removed whilst I was restoring a backup which rolled this plugin back to version 4.5.1. The error went away after I put them back in.
