Error uploading images, viewing media library, themes, plugins
-
Hi,
I’m having trouble uploading images, it says “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” That has been going on for over a week. I also can’t view my media library (that little grey circle just spins and spins). When I try to add a new plugin, I also get the spinning grey circle. When I try to look for a new theme (I thought maybe my theme was the issue), I get “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
Basically I’m having touble customizing my website cause I can’t access my media library, or install new plugins or themes.
I’ve tried on different internet connections on different days, so I don’t think it’s a slow wi-fi issue…
To give you an idea of where I’m coming from, I’m a really really novice user of WordPress with very limited tech-y knowledge. (Think your Grandma-trying-to-use-a-computer level novice.) I’m cosidering asking my web hosting provider how to uninstall WordPress on my cPanel and then just start all over again cause I literally have no idea what to do.
Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated!
