Error uploading file

We’d have to see the error in the server logs to advise on why the file is rejected. Since your host wasn’t able to find that, please replicate the issue on a sandbox site via https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then send us the sandbox site URL and a copy of the file here: https://www.wpallimport.com/support/.

I’m having same issue on Ipage. They tell me to FTP the csv file in, Its only has 10 items so its not a size issue,
