Using latest version of All plugins and wp-core.
getting this error. ERROR: Uploaded file size and local file size don’t match.
is this a plugin compatibility problem?
    many thanks,

  • Hi @elurie, it means there was some error in the upload where it was only partially completed. Does it happen every time the job runs?

    yes, everytime.

I seem to be getting it on three of my clients. every time.
and sigterm error on some of them.

@elurie, sorry about the delay in response. Is this error still happening?

The SIGTERM is generally from the server killing off the script because it’s running too long, so ensure the maximum script execution time under BackWPup > Settings > Jobs isn’t too high.

Are you using this with Dropbox? I’ve seen this happen if you have run out of storage, so verify that this is not the case as well.

    Hi @elurie,

were you able to solve your problem, or do you still need help?

    Kind regards
    Christina

I found another back up solution for these clients.

@elurie, i had the same problem and it was because the customers dropbox was full.

Hi, now i have the same error in a new site and the dropbox is completely empty and the time out is 45…how can i do? i have the last version of WP and of the plugin installed…

    thank you very much
    Angelo
