• Hi there,
my backup to dropbox ends with an error “ERROR: Uploaded file size and local file size don’t match.”

    What I tried so far:
    1. I re-authenticated with dropbox
    2. Script timeout is set to 20 seconds
    3. Server Load is set to medium
    4. Installed your http .zip fix you mentioned in several posts
    5. Split up the backup in 5 different parts

Four Backups run fine, but the “uploads-folder” shows the error. It’s about 400 MB big.

Hope you can help me out

Hi @kemeng, thanks for helping out. Yes, there is a backup in dropbox. I haven’t tested the backup, but why is the backup size different to the backup I also have in my ftp folder? It’s slightly bigger in dropbox.
It would be okay, if this is just a dropbox case and everthing is working fine, but I why do I get an error message then and why is it bigger?

    Hi @maxidavis & @kemeng,

    Apologies for the trouble.
The default timeout from WordPress may be set relatively low (5 seconds) on some sites. The next plugin update will resolve the issue by not relying on the WordPress timeout, but for now, be timeout could be increased by installing this small plugin or adding the filter in its file to your theme:
    https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1899nLEcttL7UJHWzUb_ck_S2ITbTHjQW
This should resolve the error until the next update was released. Please let us know how it works for you or when any questions remain. Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi Niklas and happy holidays!

Is this still connected to the same issue happened in previous version?

Token exprired msg is correct, although I haven’t had error like this at that time:

ERROR: Uploaded file size and local file size don’t match.

    Cheers

Hi @niklasinpsyde, like I said in my initial post, I already installed this Plugin:
“4. Installed your http .zip fix you mentioned in several posts”

    The error nevertheless appears.
