    Hi there, I suddenly got this error while the form was working before:

    Error saving form. Upload error.

    Any idea? Thanks a lot!

    Ah it was not forminator plugin, couldn’t also upload files in wordpress media library. It’s fixed by adding

    define( ‘UPLOADS’, ‘wp-content/uploads’ );

    to config file! ??
