Dunno if that helps.. Ive got this error when was updating plugin right after I have updated WP to the most recent version.
Had to revert update back to old version of plugin

    Here is full error

Warning: require_once(loader.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/local/pem/vhosts/12367770/webspace/httpdocs/domain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-content-type-manager/index.php on line 110 Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'loader.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php') in /usr/local/pem/vhosts/12367770/webspace/httpdocs/domain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-content-type-manager/index.php on line 110

Same here – Totally took down the entire multi-site.

2015/05/07 07:24:01 [error] 8670#0: *141914 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Warning: require_once(/var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/custom-content-type-manager/loader.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/custom-content-type-manager/index.php on line 110

PHP message: PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'loader.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/custom-content-type-manager/index.php on line 110" while reading response header from upstream, client: {IP}, server: {domain}, request: "GET / HTTP/1.0", upstream: "fastcgi://127.0.0.1:9000", host: "{domain}"

I have the exact same error starting with
`Warning: require_once(loader.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in ….’\

I have to revert the plugin to 0.9.7

Please fix this and take down the ‘Update Available’ notification until this is fixed. Thanks.

Yeah, sorry — I just pushed up a new version. It’s a rough ride getting this to migrate from git to subversion. I can’t figure out why the loader.php file went missing.

Try pulling down 0.9.8.2. There are some CSS fixes in there too.
