I tried to change the site stats setting regarding which user types to count views. However, I tried to turn on ‘Customer’ and turn off ‘Subscriber’, I encountered an error message ‘Error updating settings. Invalid Parameter(s): count_roles (Status 400)’.

The setting never saved. Refreshing the page, the setting returned to the original setup.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @quickpick

Are you trying to turn those settings off in WordPress.com at Tools > Marketing > Traffic, or in your site’s wp-admin area at Jetpack > Settings > Traffic?

Can you try both and let us know if you get the same error in both locations?
