    Hi,

I am still new to wordpress. I have installed the Jetpack by WordPress.com plugin.

When I try to change one of the settings when I received a red colored error notification: “Error updating settings. SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”

I have read a few topics on this regards but I can’t really solve the problem.

I am using Resonar theme and and the plugins I’ve installed beside jetpack:
    1. BackUpWordPress
    2. Disqus for WordPress
    3. WP Fastest Cache
    4. Yoast SEO

Already try to deactivate all the plugins, disconnect my account with wordpress.

Could you please help me solve this issue. Thank you.

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch about this, happy to help here ??

It’s possible that there’s a plugin conflict happening here.
Can you please temporarily deactivate the WP Fastest Cache and let me know if the problem persists?

If so, can you ask you web host to make sure that the connections to and from *.wordpress.com are whitelisted, and/or if they can see any blocks at all form their end? In terms of IP ranges, the following ranges need to be fully whitelisted:

Let me know what you find out. Thanks!
