I’m having issues on my website for a few days now. Enabled the debug log which mentions some errors related to Jetpack :

  • Hi @torrp3nn,

Thanks for contacting us! We are in the process of removing the Custom CSS feature of Jetpack. This is why you are seeing thePHP Deprecated notice about this feature in the logs.

More details on this here https://jetpack.com/support/custom-css/

Some actions on my website are ending with an error 500?

An internal server error, also known as a 500 error, indicates that something crashed on your server when trying to load the page. The good news is that these errors are typically logged by your server, and if you can find the exact error, you can hopefully figure out what’s going wrong.

Can you access your site’s error logs and send me any fatal errors that occurred around the time you saw the problem? If you’re not sure how to access them, your hosting provider will be able to help find and help resolve these errors.

    Error updating settings. JsonParseError

This error sometimes happen if Jetpack is not able to communicate with your website at the time you are making these changes. I checked and at present Jetpack is proeprly connected with your website. Are you still seeing the error messsage?

If yes please share some more details about the issue with us? Which settings are you trying to change? Are there any other error messages that show up?

    Hi there, @gaurav984,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
