• Hi,
I’m receiving the errors “Error updating settings. FetchNetworkError” whenever I try to update something in Jetpack – which has been giving me problems. I debugged, disabled my plugins, and still get the error.

    Any advice?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Now when I debug, I get the following error:

Testing your site’s compatibility with Jetpack…
There seems to be a problem with your site’s ability to communicate with Jetpack!
Your site isn’t securely reaching the Jetpack servers.
It looks like your site can not communicate properly with Jetpack.

FYI I use cloudflare but have disabled the security and speed/performance settings, including RocketLoader.

I use Cloudflare to serve my ssl – could that be the problem?

php to communicate in https/ftps must have OpenSSL installed/enable in php.ini and have valid certificates https://www.php.net/manual/en/book.openssl.php

    * Then I’ll explain how to exclude the wordpress cache in the admin area
