Error Updating

    This is the 4th time I’ve tried contacting support. first 2 times through the plugin builders website, then the support email and now here.

    I’m trying to upgrade the version of the plugin and have purchased a license when we installed last summer. each time I get the following error. Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    I would like a response to this matter please.

  • I have the same issue. I tried deactivating and then reactivating the license, but I still get the error message “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized.”

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
