Error: Unknown or bad timezone

    Im getting this error when I activated the plugin:

    DateTimeZone::__construct(): Unknown or bad timezone (-05:00)

    Hi @roro, this is unfortunately a PHP issue. Timezones that represent offsets like “-05:00” are only supported on PHP 5.5.10 or later. We recommend that you ask your host to update your site’s PHP version. Alternatively, you can change your timezone in the WordPress general settings to use a city name instead of an offset.

    I recently updated some of the installed plugins. Once done, I wasn’t able to login or visit any of the pags of my website https://www.gdckokernag.com.
    Also, I am not able to update to latest or upgraded PHP as I am not able to visist any of the pages or dashboard of my website.
    The following error is encountered:
    DateTimeZone::__construct(): Unknown or bad timezone (+00:00)
