Error: Unexpected HTTP status code 0 while downloading GeoIP database

  • I am encountering an issue while attempting to manually update the GeoIP database. Upon clicking the “Update Now” button, I receive the following error message:

    Error: Unexpected HTTP status code 0 while downloading GeoIP database from: https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/geoLite2-city/GeoLite2-City.mmdb.gz (Link is good)

    Following the guidance from the faq page (The GeoIP database isn’t downloading section), I downloaded the database file from the provided link and manually placed it in the appropriate folder. However, despite completing these steps, the countries are still not being displayed correctly.

    Could you please confirm that you have put the GeoLite2-City.mmdb file at /wp-content/uploads/wp-statistics/?
