Error Unauthorized

Sorry to hear about the trouble. The error indicates that the Google Merchant Center account is not connected.

You mentioned you’re unable to set up the account – do you see an error on the front-end when you try?

Please try setting up the account directly from Google:
https://www.google.com/retail/solutions/merchant-center/

Once you’ve done that, try connecting the existing account to your site.

Hi @marklb98,

Could you confirm if you tried what @stephjacq suggested of setting up the Merchant Account on Google and then trying to connect?

If you navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs on your site do you see any log files generated by the Google Listing & Ads plugin? If there are some log files what do the contents of those include and could you share the contents of those with us?

Also on your site if you deactivate all plugins leaving only WooCommerce along with Google Listing & Ads as the only two activated plugins does the connection behaviour still persist?

I tried what @stuartduff has suggested, but nothing happens, also disabled all non Woocommerce plugins, but it is exactly the same
