ERROR: Unable to connect to the FTP server

Hello,

I’m trying to create a backup on my FTP server from my home Nas Synology

But during the backup, the log says “ERROR: Can not connect to the FTP server”.

I correctly filled in the name of the server, the identifier and the CDM.
But also the folder where to save the files and I ticked “FTP in passive mode”.

Would not the problem be the configuration on the side of my Synology NAS server?

I am a beginner on this subject for your information.
