Just wanted to bring this to the attention of the developer. Every once in a while, I will receive a notification from Wordfence, which scans my site periodically for vulnerabilities and issues, and it keeps detecting an Error.txt file in my wp-admin folder, which I persistently remove. Oddly enough, this file is almost always empty. I decided I finally wanted to investigate this issue, so I did some digging. I found that it was being created by this plugin and the Ultimate Reviews plugin as well. I’m certain this is of course a false positive with Wordfence, but it would be nice if this Error.txt file was stored elsewhere. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Thanks for the otherwise awesome plugin!

  • Hi Machine,

Thanks for letting us know about this. We had a look and that is something that was getting added on plugin installation. It had been there to test a feature. We’ve removed it. The next update will no longer have that in it.

Alright. Thank you. Is there any ETA on the release of those updates? No rush. Just curious. Thanks again.

    Hi machineitsvcs,

We don’t know for sure, but probably within the next week or two.
