    Since yesterday I cannot tweet my posts to twitter, this is on all my websites using this pluginn

    Hey,

    Anyone else with this issue? I am trying to understand if twitter changed their policy or took some action towards our app, to see how we can solve it.

    I found an easy way around this, just take off the URL shortener and it works fine.

    Glad to hear, it looks then like that twitter banned a shortner, which one was ?

    it was is.gd I was using.

    This is happening to me as well. I was also using is.gd.

    Question. Do you know that Flavio Martins is distributing the old code as his own app, Tweetily? I didn’t even know tehre was a new version of tweet old post cuz I was using his and assumed he was the original author since it was identical.

    I know about Flavio! The GPL license allow everybody to get the code and sell it/offer for free, so is our philosophy, at the end the power is to the users ??

    That’s cool. I’m all about OSS too. But that’s blatant IMHO. Either way, have you looked into changes in twitter policy? Or is this just a problem with the URL shortening? Does bit.ly still work? I use this plugin extensively to make cash and really, really do not want it to fold.
