Error trying to send from private window

  • All the forms on my web do not work in private windows (chrome or safari), when i click the “send” button, the loader keeps spining indefinitely. In regular browsers, the forms works just fine.

    Any idea what it coluld be???

    EDIT: ok, so the problem was that I was logged out, when logged in, I can use the forms just fine.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and WP Mail SMTP, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
