    Hello,

I’m seeing the following errors after entering my email and password on my WordPress login screen, and then validating the 2FA with miniOrange via email authentication (i.e. these errors appear after it says the transaction is successful):

Error: The email field is empty.

Error: The password field is empty.

As a result, I can’t login to my site.

It seems like this problem only started in the last 48 hours or so, because I was last using the site with no problems about 2 days ago.

Please let me know how to fix this at your earliest convenience,

    Hi @pjr101,

When you enter the username and password then you will get a screen waiting for the verification link to be clicked.
Along with that, you can see an option to send backup codes over email or verify backup codes.

If you have any backup?codes left then please try to log in with the backup codes sent to your email.
Let us know if you need any backup codes to be generated.

Otherwise, if you have FTP access to the site then you can rename the plugin folder named miniorange-2-factor-authentication.

Let me know if that works for you.

    Thank you,
    miniOrange team
