Error to upload images

  • I’d like your help with a problem I have, I’m working with a site on WordPress, the first thing I was working on hosting but then moved the site to another, since I can not upload files to the media library every time I try I get this error:

    Could not create the uploads / 2015/03 directory. Make sure the server has permissions for the parent directory.

    Before I tell permits, and I modified all permits folders and subfolders, and even I can not fix the error. I hope you can help me.

    Yes,i Think problem in file permission.
    please Give The File permissions like this.

    /wp-content/uploads
    755
