error to edit my forms

Hi! I can’t edit my forms created with Easy Forms. When I try it is desplayed a error. In Spanish “Hemos encontrado un error. Recarga la página e inténtelo de nuevo. Si el error persiste, por favor acercarse a la ayuda.” Apparently is connected with Mailchimp in a right way. But too there is a error when I am trying to subscribe a email. I add screenshots with everything.
