Error Thrown on Save

  • Hello,

    I’ve update my PHP-Version from 5.6 to 7.1. Then I’ve a Problem, if I try to save my changes. I can’t save my changes, because my Browser display me this error:

    Error thrown
    Call to undefined function ereg()

    I’ve the erro only on my online Website. On my local PC it’s works fine with XAMPP v3.2.2 and PHP 7.1.1

    My WooCommerce Version is 3.0.6 and WordPress 4.7.4.

    Now, I’ve downgrade my PHP-Version to 5.6.

  • I can’t find ereg using a text search in WooCommerce or WordPress files. Can you be sure its coming from one of them? Try deactivating all other plugins and switch to the default theme – do you still get the error?

    Hi, sorry for the late answer.

    I’ve find the Plugin. The Plugin has the Name: Author or User Image
    Author: Alimuzzaman Alim

    I’ve deactivated the Plugin and I can save normal.
