I am using Advanced File Manager on my site and when I installed WooCommerce I was getting “Error Thrown Attempt to assign property “translations” on null” messages. My web developer determined that there is a conflict between Advanced File Manager and WooCommerce relating to Shortcodes. WooCommerce has been deactivated until I can see if there’s any way to resolve this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Hi @markpreecefamilyhouse

Based on your description, it seems like you’re encountering a conflict between Advanced File Manager and WooCommerce.

First, kindly ensure that both WooCommerce and Advanced File Manager are updated to their latest versions.

Secondly, can you confirm if the issue persists when all plugins are deactivated except WooCommerce? If the error disappears, I would recommend reaching out to the developers of Advanced File Manager. They may have released an update that is compatible with WooCommerce.

It would also help if you could share with us your full system report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment.

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.

    Hi @aguinaldodarla

Both are updated to the latest versions. We had also determined that there was a conflict and my web developer has reached out to the AFM devs for their input. I’ll update my dev with your suggestion.

Thank you for the update @markpreecefamilyhouse

Let us know how it goes!
