Today (January 30th), my websites went off-line numerous times. According to BlueHost, this plugin was the culprit. WordPress updated today to version 6.4.3 but I don’t know if that was related.

The error info BlueHost provided is:

PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home1/ihydonmy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/feedburner-alternative-and-rss-redirect/libs/sfmRedirectActions.class.php:477) in /home1/ihydonmy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/feedburner-alternative-and-rss-redirect/libs/sfmRedirectActions.class.php on line 536

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi @jhsesq

The warning you shared cannot be produced alone, it has to come after other error, it should also include date when it happened to confirm relation with the issue you experienced.

Only “PHP Fatal Error” can bring your website offline while it is “PHP Warning”. This particular warning explains that our plugin couldn’t set the RSS redirection because something else before already closed the connection with the user and I believe there should be some more warnings or errors before and after message related to our plugin.

If you’re have the ability to download debug.log of your website and share it here I can provide you further insights into the issue, but for now it looks like somebody from BlueHost that is not technical person just copied whatever he had on the screen and forwarded it to you.

We didn’t have any similar issues in the past from other users either including current release of WordPress, which shouldn’t be related as well.

You should be able to find debug.log in your root directory of WordPress installation as “debug.log” or “error.log”, or in wp-content under the same file name. If it’s not there maybe you can do it via BlueHost dashboard.

Looking forward to see complete debug file ??
    Thank you!
