    Hello
    I use the Google Listings and Ads plugin to upload products to Google Merchanter. I have about 3000 products, and of which about 1340 are Active, the rest get an error message “This value should not be blank [description]”. And the products that are reported to be defective are all the same as the Active products. I don’t know what the problem is? I have tried repairing about 50 products, but still no improvement.

    Hi @noithatnganha,

    The affected product seems to have been deleted, as I am getting a 404 error.

    The error message “This value should not be blank [description]” usually indicates that the description field for some of your products is empty or not recognized by Google Merchant Center. Do those products have descriptions?

    For better assistance, can you please share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
    • A valid link of affected products.

    Thank you.
    However, this link is similar: noithatnganha.com/sp/2-banh-xe-day-san-ho-cang-co-dinh-100mm. It has no description but is Active.
    I think that’s not a problem, because this link has a description but is not active: noithatnganha.com/sp/banh-xe-day-nhua-pp-o25-chiu-luc-15kg-khong-khoa . There are also many links that have more description but are not Active.
    I think there is something wrong with the Plugin when there are too many products. For smaller sites I see no problem, although there is no description below.

    I have tried disconnecting all google and wordpress accounts. After that, when I reconnected, the number of Active products increased, but not by much.

    However, there is no content in the description field for the disapproved product: https://noithatnganha.com/sp/banh-xe-day-nhua-pa-o50-chiu-luc-30kg-co-khoa

    I suggest you use the code snippet to use the short description or add content to the product description: https://woo.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/faqs/#using-short-description

    Additionally, after adding that code snippet, go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name), then use the Sync all products button to sync all of them.
