I understand that customers placing partially paid orders are unable to complete their payment as they receive the above message, is this correct?

Since partial payments is not a built-in payment option with WooCommerce core, please could you clarify which plugin you are using to enable this payment option on your site?

Additionally, please clarify if this only occurs with Partial payments, or if the issue is present when making full payments, as well?

In order to get a better understanding of your sites current environment, please can you share the following:

• System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log (if any) found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Once you have these, please share them in your response here.
