    Hi, I’m using Bookly free plugin (not premium plugin so please stop telling me to contact you on your website) on my client website. Sometimes when my client try to book a service from a particular email address he gets an error “This email is already in use” but when I book with his same email from which he is getting error I’m able to book a service.

    Hi,
    You should enter the “Setting > Customers” and then set the “Create WordPress user account for customers” equal to “Disabled”.
    If enabled, a new user will be created if any of the registration data during the booking is different.

    Thanks @mdsfabulous you are great. Yes, bookly support sucks. When I contacted them on their website they keep telling me that my support license has been expired and I need to renew it in order to get any help from them. Their docs also suck. I wonder why no one has ever faced this problem.
