    Whenever I create an archive and try to run install.php, I get this:

    This archive is not properly formatted and does not contain a dup-installer directory. Please make sure you are attempting to install the original archive and not one that has been reconstructed.

    WP 5.2.1
    PHP 7.2

    I don’t touch any settings at all. No errors when creating archive.
