• I’m not sure what’s going on but I can explain the issues that seem to be connected.

    When I visit my scheduling page and emergency services page, they both show “None available” (same shortcode).

    When I view the Calendar submenu in the backend at

    I get this message in a popup and then a completely blank screen.

    There is no active calendar change that in Wappointment > Settings > Calendars

    I can see in the browser’s console log that

    https://aurisecreative.com/wp-json/wappointment/v1/config/calendar

    responds with a 500 status.

    My integrations (Zoom and Google) seem to be configured fine and I’ve got two calendars connected via .ICS and I’ve clicked “refresh all” and it says success.

    I sent a message through the help form on the plugin but since I’m using the free version, I thought maybe I’d post here too to see if anyone else had this problem and solved it. Or maybe can point me in the direction for debugging it, since my only lead is the error with the Rest API. Thanks!

    Sorry for the late answer.

    It seems that you figured it out on your own though. Good Job!

    I’m guessing it was a problem of

    1 – availability not being set correctly,

    2- eventually an issue with the buffer time extending the service duration and therefore not matching the availability slots that were opened
