Error: There is no access to add a new service.

Hello, I have purchased an unlimited website package – however when I try to get the access key automatically, i am presented with this error:

Error:
There is no access to add a new service.

The Admin e-mail?logged in is the same as the email used to register the package. Need help as its time consuming to manually add the access key
