    I need 3 calendars each allowing me to define specific time slots that can be booked by volunteer workers. They will be simple bookings with no payments involved.

    I have defined on this calendar the available time slots as:
    7:30-9:30am
    9:30-11:30am
    11:30am-13:30pm

    Calendar Settings:

    General Settings
    Date type: European
    Style template: Default
    Stop booking x minutes in advance: 0
    Number of Months Displayed: 1
    Enable server time: disabled
    Timezone: (GMT + 2) Athens
    Hide price: Enabled
    Hide No available: Enabled
    Minimum no available: 1
    Maximum no available: 1
    View only info: Disabled

    Days Settings
    Available Days: (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday – selected)
    First weekday: Monday
    First day displayed: (left blank)
    Use Check in/Check out: Disabled
    Morning check out: Disabled
    Use hours details to set day details: Enabled (have also tried disabled – made no difference)

    Hours Settings
    Use hours: Enabled
    Enable hours info: Enabled
    Define Hours:
    7:30-9:30am
    9:30-11:30am
    11:30am-13:30pm

    Use start/finish hours: Disabled
    Enable AM/PM format Disabled
    Add last selected hour price to total price: Disabled
    Enable hours interval: Disabled
    Enable breaks for hours interval: Disabled

    Sidebar settings
    Sidebar Style: 2nd option selected
    Enable number of items select: Disabled

    Rules settings
    Select Rules: None

    Extras settings
    Select extra: People (Have also tried without – made no difference)

    Discounts Settings:
    Select discount: None

    Taxes & fees settings – all blank
    Coupons settings – all blank

    Deposit settings:
    Deposit value: 0
    Deposit type: Percent
    Enable Pay full amount: Disabled

    Forms settings:
    Select form: Contact Information

    (all other settings below either disabled or empty)

    EDIT CALENDAR AVAILABILITY SETTINGS
    Set days availability -both boxes left blank

    Set hours definitions:
    7:30-9:30am
    9:30-11:30am
    11:30am-13:30pm

    Set days availability
    Set default hours values for this day(s). – unselected

    status – available
    Price € – blank
    Promo Price € – blank
    Number available – 1
    two info boxes both blank.

    The calendar shows all these times slots as available and there are currently no reservations pending or accepted, so all time slots should be available to book.

    When I click to select a date, and then click to select a time, it shows an error message above the calendar which says: “There are no services available for the period you selected.”

    I saw another thread from several years ago with the same error message but the solution on that thread did not work for me.

    I then tried clicking Reset under edit calendar availability and it wiped out the whole calendar and left everything showing as grey – unavailable.

    Please help…

    I have since clicked submit on the Edit Calendar Availability settings page and it has put them, back as green, and I also noticed each day n the back end on this page says “2 available” when it should say 3 available.

    Also I still get the same error message when I try to book any slots: “Error: There are no services available for the period you selected”

    Hi,

    The hours’ definitions cause the issue. The correct way to define them is this way:
    07:30
    09:30
    11:30
    13:30
    And also enable need to enable the options:
    Enable AM/PM format
    Enable hours interval
    This will achieve the following intervals you want.

    Thank you for you help. That now allows us to place the bookings, however I have noticed that in the (Start Time dropdown) people can select to book 13:30 which is actually the finishing time of the final slot. How do I only allow them to select 7:30, 9:30 or 11:30 as time slots (or even better to select 7:30 – 9:30, 9:30 – 11:30. 11:30 – 13:30 as slots)

    Also I hav noticed that the Maltese country code for the phone number is wrong, it should be +356 not +35, how can I change it?
