    1. When I use site kit’s pagespeed insights, I get an error: The response is not a valid JSON response.

    2. When I put my site on pagespeed.web.dev, it says: Unable to resolve https:// …. .com/en/. Please try to check the validity of the URL.

Analysis given to me by an Amazon cloud technician:

PageSpeed Insights didn't show the result of your website.

Because PageSpeed Insights is a 3rd party online web tool and it don't reveal more information for us to debug, we are not able to tell why PageSpeed Insights get error.

I try to analyze your website [2] with HTTPS, it shows the following error message. When I change the url to HTTP version [3], the report can output successfully. The different results make no sense for me because the HTTP version response eventually redirects to HTTPS version.

Is PageSpeed Insights pointing to my web host? My web hosting is Ali cloud, domain name points to the host, cname to cdn when accessing from abroad, SSL certificate is Amazon cloud, when I use China proxy to access the site http can be displayed, access https will report an error. When I use a US proxy to access the site, (https, http) are able to access the cdn cache normally. So should I do work in DNS resolution or Amazon cloud? I don’t know how PageSpeed Insights works.

    Hi @wa456jikk,

It’s possible something at host level may be impacting how your site reads on the PageSpeed Insights web interface. I’ve performed additional checks on your site now and I’m unable to gather a performance score.

So should I do work in DNS resolution or Amazon cloud? I don’t know how PageSpeed Insights works.

When I perform a DNS lookup of your site I don’t see any issues, with your site pointing to what looks like Amazon servers (13.226.100.66). Unfortunately we’re limited to Site Kit related queries here in the support forums so I can’t assist with any further DNS or possible hosting related features which can impact your site records or non reporting of PageSpeed Insights.

My website cannot be detected by https://web.dev/measure/以及https://pagespeed.web.dev/, does it mean that this Google is also difficult to detect my website? Is it necessary for me to solve this problem, which leads to bad ranking and inclusion?

I’m able to find locate your site when performing a Google search. I also don’t see any issues with indexing based on robots.txt file or meta info. The product experts at the Google Search Help Center should be able to assist with any further queries regarding search.

Funnily enough I am also able to perform PageSpeed Insights tests on your site at present also.

    Hi James Osborne,
PageSpeed Insights website and web.dev/measure test my website why won’t it load my CDN and how to make it load my CDN so I get a better score.

    Hi @wa456jikk,

As mentioned previously we can only assist with Site Kit queries here in the support forums. We’re not equipped to assist with any issues when it comes to the web.dev or the PageSpeed Insights web interface.

You can check your sites performance score using https://www.webpagetest.org, with this service also have a Core Web Vitals test.
