    I’m receiving this message (Error – The reply sent by the server is broken.) multiple times during a Pro media scan. I can skip it each time or select Always Skip. I eventually selected Always Skip. The scan took almost 50 hours to go through a 13,400 image/file library (WP site using Avada Builder, hosted on WP Engine). In the end I got no results except a message that said there were over 100,000 (I don’t remember the exact number) errors. Please advise. Thank you!

    Hi,

    If you get so many errors, it means that it didn’t work at all. Usually, I wouldn’t run nor trust the results of the Cleaner if there is even only one error during the process. When there is an error, it’s better to stop, and look at what it is ??

    So first, it’s SUPER important to look at your PHP Error Logs: https://meowapps.com/tutorial-php-error-logs/. Please take note that usually, the errors aren’t coming from Media Cleaner (I work hard on the plugin, I make sure it’s perfect). Share with us here the errors you found.

    That’s also very slow. The plugin does a lot (and goes through really every single piece of data in your site), but… for me, it should be faster, especially on WPEngine. Do you have a lot of posts as well? What kind of sites do you have? How many plugins do you run? I have a website on WPEngine with 20,000 images, and 400 posts, the scan takes 3-4 minutes.
