ERROR – the plug in does not send the data and leaves the form synchronizing

currently install your plug in on a page and it seems great to me since these forms are large, so when a person writes them from a device and changes the tab in the browser or receives a phone call, all the fields are cleared when updated the browser, so its plug in is wonderful, but recently in my version 5.6.1 of wordpress this stopped working, and it only keeps sending the data and does not resolve or send the information. how can I solve that?
