Error: Tag contact failed (ActiveCampaign)

    Hello,

    I started to get errror like this

    I checked in AC and the tag is ok. It seems a false alarm.

    and Subscribe contact failed (ActiveCampaign)
    <p>Unable to add contact to list from ActiveCampaign: </p><p>Array
    (
    [email] => email…@yahoo.com
    [p[1]] => 1
    [status[1]] => 1
    )
    </p>

    Also checked this and the contact is subscribed. Also fals alarm.

    Is there anything i can do to check what is causing this?

    Hi,

    The error message reads “Unable to add contact to list from ActiveCampaign.” The list id is “1” ( [p[1]]=>1 ). Does list id “1” still exist?

    Go to Manage Lists in ActiveCampaign, mouse over the titles of the lists to reveal the listid. Does a list exist with listid=1?

    But i dont put people in that list so in the first place i dont know why it search for id 1?

    On the configuration page for the plugin, you must select a list to subscribe your contacts to. It is required of the plugin and of ActiveCampaign.

    yes, there is set.

    I think that error is because that user unsubscribed in the past so maybe he could not be added by automation.

    Will come back if other probles arises
