Error Syncing products after reinistall

Hi I am testing the plugin for a client.

Originally I setup a test site that connected to a staging version of their Bigcommerce website. Although it seemsed to take a very long time to sync all of teh products it worked.

The client then requested that we connect to their live website for teh next stage in testing.

In the same wordpress site, i deleted the Bigcommerce plugin and then connected to the live site:

It keeps giving me an error syncing the products.

Do I need to delete the WordPress install and start again?
