Error/ Success messages not being displayed

Could you please send us your LifterLMS System Report?
Use services like Imgur, Dropbox, or Pastebin to share screenshots, system reports, and logs. Remember that this is a public forum. If you don’t want your URLs, server paths, and other potentially sensitive information posted publicly and archived indefinitely you should blur or remove this information from your logs and screenshots before posting.

Also, could you create a staging site and then turn off all plugins except LifterLMS to see if the issue still occurs.

I have created multiple sites to try different plugin and theme combinations.
The result is that Astra theme is the cause of the problem.

I had one site with elementor + WP default theme + lifterLMS. The error/success messages were all displayed correctly.
Once I activated Astra theme, they stopped showing.

Can you help me solve this please? I worked with Astra theme because it was mentioned on LifterLMS site as “a popular theme in the LifterLMS community”.

Again, please note that I am using the free Astra (not pro), so I don’t have access to the LifterLMS integration in Astra options

Glad you’ve been able to find the issue. However, I’m not seeing the same conflict on my test site. So this may be an issue with your environment.

Can you please send us your LifterLMS System Report?. This will allow us to check if there may be any conflicts with your setup.

Thank you for sending the System Report.

It seems you’re using an outdated version of the Astra theme. According to the report, you’re currently on Version 2.5.4 which was released 13th August, 2020 and the most recent version is version 3.7.9 which was released on the 3rd of March 2022.

Kindly update your Astra theme to the most recent version and let us know if this helps to fix the issue.

I tried to update Astra, and unfortunately, nothing changed – same problem.

Sorry, you’re still facing this issue.

Is it possible for you to temporarily deactivate all plugins except LifterLMS and see if the messages now appear? If it does, you may need to reactivate the plugins one after the other to figure out the conflicting plugin.

If it doesn’t, kindly switch to a default theme and let us know if this helps.
