• Randomly, I’ve been getting this message on all different browsers on several different computer and I gert the same message?

    Error submitting form!
Please make sure both javascript and cookies are enabled in your browser.
Use the back button to try again…

(Note: if this still doesn’t help, then refreshing your cache might)

No else really got help on this topic before so I’m hoping for the best!

    Thanks

  • Hi,

It is related to your browser settings problem. Have a check with another browser.

    Thanks,

    Shane G.

I get this in Chrome and IE, but Firefox works ok. Its only with one of my WP sites though, and just started today. Had been totally fine for a few months. Have done all the cache/data clearing etc. Its pretty irritating though, so if anyone has defeated this before let me know. I even went so far as to re-install Chrome, to no avail. I would love to not be running multiple browsers whenever I want to do something on my site… Help!

what “browser settings problem” are you referring to @shane G.?

i have this error also. won’t work in any browser for me – chrome, FF, IE, or safari. any thoughts? what’s it related to? clients are freakin’. TIA!

I’m getting the same error here in I.E F.F and Chrome, I simple can’t login since yesterday… :/

Had same problem. now using Firefox. works with Firefox only

Having the same problem on one of my site! i take it there is no one who knows how to fix this problem?

Here the fix, lease cofnirm if work for you:

    edit wp-includes/default-constants.php

    Search for this

    define(‘FORCE_SSL_ADMIN’, false);

you see 2 lines, same like that change to true, save the file.

Now go and try login, if you no have ssl, you see error, just igore that.

    Then edit again wp-includes/default-constants.php

change to flase again, save the file, NOW YOU SHOULD LOGIN AGAIN ! : )

Help! I do not work, did the above steps, and nothing comes out.
Maybe someone knows how to fix it?

Do not know about for anyone, but I calculated that the plugin gives an error: Anti-Captcha.
After I eliminated it, everything worked and go to the admin panel without errors.
    Maybe someone else can help!

I just started receiving the same error. Deactivated the Anti-captcha plugin and now I can login again. Thanks!
