To investigate this issue further, I imported the form to a test site and created a new page with the form. I checked this both from Desktop and Mobile but was unable to replicate the issue.

Further, I checked this on the URL that you have shared and was unable to replicate the issue at my end. Please check this screenshot: https://ibb.co/BC3L9p6

This seems more to be a device-specific issue, can you please check this from a different device at your end?

I took a closer look and was able to replicate the problem.

This is happening because the Ajax request is returning a 503 status:

I am not sure why it is only happening on mobile, but it sounds like a security module.

Could you please check the following troubleshooting tests?

– Check your security plugins, also check with hosting support for any WAF
– Check the Memory Limits and Max Execution time, make sure it has enough memory and time to run: https://wpmudev.com/blog/increase-memory-limit/
– Create a staging website and run a full plugin and theme conflict test following this flow:
